Cynthia Jan, is a Naturopath in Nutrition and Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner, graduate in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and has her Level 1 Certification with Precision Nutrition. She is also a university graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and a Certificate in Family Life Education.
Like most people in the alternative medicine world, Cynthia Jan turned to natural nutrition to help her loved ones. Cynthia Jan’s passion for nutrition had started over a decade ago when her mother was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. But everything changed after Cynthia Jan had her daughters. The youngest had gastrointestinal issues, anxiety and severe eczema. After two decades on the work force, Cynthia Jan left the corporate HR world to follow her true passion and work on helping her daughter get through the issues. For close to a year, Cynthia Jan implemented dietary changes focusing on gut health as well as stress-management techniques with her daughter to help resolve the issues. The hard work paid off and the importance of healthy, clean and natural nutrition remains an everyday staple in her home.
Cynthia Jan is passionate about healthy living, and looks forward to sharing nutrition and lifestyle tips with you! Healthy eating, a positive lifestyle and a peaceful mind are truly key to preventing disease and enjoying what life has to offer! Cynthia Jan offers one-on-one sessions and customized health plans, meeting with clients online and in-person. As a nutrition educator, she speaks publicly and offers health and lifestyle workshops.

Cynthia Jan’s mission is to help women everywhere live their best life, everyday! We are overworked, overtired, overwhelmed and over-stressed. This has to stop. We need to find the time to prioritize ourselves in this “about everybody else world” we live in. If we can’t be at our best, we can’t help the ones we love feel their best either, whether it be your kids, your spouse, partner or whomever. We owe it to ourselves to take at least 5 minutes out of each day and devote it to us. We deserve that right and that time. And this is where I step in. I want to share tricks with you on how you can take care of yourself, and how you can feel better. Self-care isn’t only about spending the odd day at the spa but it’s about how you treat yourself everyday with what you put in your mouth, how you care for your skin, how you care for your mind and if you choose to exercise or not. These are all self-care approaches and I want to teach you how to make it work for you in your lifestyle.
