I was driving around this morning and came to a red light. As I looked around, I noticed the other drivers looked lifeless, no smile, and kind of just staring at nothing! My first thought was how sad they all looked, or tired, or depleted, and thought to myself, wouldn’t it be amazing if we all just smiled all day long! Now bear with me, will your cheek bones cooperate, I’m not sure, but hey we have to try! We have absolutely nothing to lose here!
So here’s what I propose, a 24-hour smile challenge! From the moment you wake up to the time you go back to sleep, smile all day. Smile everywhere you are, smile at people you don’t know, smile at yourself in the mirror! I’m a 100% sure that if you do this, there is no way one single bad thought will enter your mind! And I’m pretty sure it’ll make for a fun dinner conversation with the family, and that you’ll fall asleep well that night! See the image below to learn the benefits of smiling.
